Responsibilities:
- Assisting our Technician and Sales Engineer in maintaining efficient technical administration (eg. Part Inventory, Project Contract, Payment, etc)
- Managing General Affairs of the office operational like : Stationaries(ATK), Office Billing, Technician Cash Advance, etc
- Support other administration job from other departments.
- Documentation of office documents
Requirements :
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Advance in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup / Hlookup, condition IF, etc). Please to enclosed your certificate if available.
- Good Command in English (Written - Business Correspondence). Please to enclosed your certificate if available.
- Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output
- Preferable who had 1-2 years experience as Project Admin / HRGA / Supply Chain
- Can join ASAP
- Willing to be placed in Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara
